At Ludlow, we celebrate and enjoy our diversity and differences whilst using the ‘No Outsiders’ curriculum to teach the Equality Act 2010. It is integral to our ethos that everyone involved with our school community knows that they are welcome and valued.
The ‘No Outsiders’ ethos is integrated into Ludlow life in many ways, including the half termly ‘No Outsiders’ lesson always based around a popular children’s book. Our assemblies draw upon our vision and core values and seek to highlight similarities as well as our unique differences with children all over the world through music, songs and religious/non religious festivals. On the playground, our Action Arena is always a welcoming place for everyone to keep moving and earn stickers for the SMASH chart and the activities are always designed to include anyone of any ability and physicality.
